The Ricoh Leasing Group is pursuing value-added and differentiation strategies in the three areas of medicine, occupation, and housing, which have been its strengths in its business activities to date. In the area of medicine, we will expand Medical and Healthcare Field's financing solutions, such as medical equipment leasing and installment and doctors' support loans, and contribute to extending healthy life expectancy. With regard to "jobs," we will work to create a service-based business that contributes to improving the productivity of SMEs, centered on BPO※1 such as Collection Agency Service. With regard to housing, we aim to provide not only primarily in Loans and Housing Rental Business for housing, but also new peace of mind, safety, and comfort in our homes, and to develop businesses that enrich the hearts of those living in them. In the fields of healthcare, BPO, and real estate, we aim to solve social issues by creating businesses and services that are unique to us. |

Investing in Real Estate Field and primarily in Loans Initiatives
Our aim is to create a city where people can continue to live safely, safely, and comfortably, with the aim of realizing our Enhance quality of life, which is a group-wide material.As one example, we have expanded real estate Trust Beneficial Interests transactions for residences and logistics facilities.By bridging our REIT with developers, we are developing real estate smoothly and contributing to the realization of a comfortable social environment through the development of a living environment and the establishment of logistics bases.
In addition, due to the increase in construction materials and personnel costs in recent years, construction costs for large-scale repairs of condominiums have increased, and the number of administrative associations that cannot be covered by repair reserves has increased.We have been working on primarily in Loans for condominium management association since 2016 to meet these challenges.During the previous Mid-term Management Plan, the transaction volume grew from ¥3.3 billion in fiscal 2020 to ¥5 billion in fiscal 2022.We will continue to contribute to the realization of a prosperous lifestyle through our business activities.

Medical and Healthcare Field's asaService Businesses Initiatives
Medical and Healthcare Division and TECHNO RENT CO.,LTD. Co., Ltd. (hereafter TECHNO RENT CO.,LTD.) provide support for medical and nursing care by responding to the need for short-term use of medical devices.
In October 2022, a tie-up with GE Healthcare Japan Co., Ltd. (hereafter, GE) was made to recruit projects in Super City and Digital Garden Health Special Zones, a project promoted by the Cabinet Office. As a result of this tie-up, the short-term rental system was recognized, and 20 small echo Vscan made by GE were recruited.This initiative was released by TECHNO RENT CO.,LTD. as the first equipment rental model.
In addition to medical care, it is a flat-sized wireless device that is highly demanded for nursing care, and by responding to flexible contracts, we support busy sites from the viewpoint of capital investment.


Initiatives in BPO Field
We are developing a settlement services that contributes to improving the productivity of SMEs. In particular, we focused on expanding our Factoring services for nursing-care facilities business, which improves the cash flow of nursing care providers.
In COVID-19 pandemic, the environment surrounding nursing care providers continued to be challenging, but from the second half of fiscal 2022, when new coronavirus infections began to converge, the transaction volume of Factoring services for nursing-care facilities began to rise due to the need for new nursing care facilities.In addition, we will contribute to improving the management efficiency of nursing care providers and improving access to those in need of nursing care services by providing total services for collection of accounts receivable, as well as financial services to nursing care providers.

Opening of new service apartments by Enplas
Along with the convergence of a new type of coronavirus infection, the visit to Japan of foreign workers in Japan is recovering.In January 2023, the Group company Enplas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Enplas") opened a service apartment at Shinagawa Station, where a large number of companies have gathered to respond to growing demand for housing by foreign nationals with good access to traffic from Narita and Haneda Airports.
In March 2023, we released Support + (Support Plus) to help foreigners find it difficult to live.This service is intended for tenants of service apartments operated by Enplas and rental properties where Enplas is the lessor (sublease for foreigners). By providing support for everyday life in two languages: Japanese and English, we will contribute to "living" and "living comfortably" while staying in Japan.
