Diversity Council
Around half of our employees are women, and we believe that the active participation of women leads to improved customer satisfaction and productivity is an essential element for our continued existence and development. Accordingly, we launched the Diversity Council in January 2015 and launched activities to further promote diversity and work-life management.

- Women are evaluated equally regardless of gender, and women are produced in managerial positions regardless of whether they are unmarried or married, and whether they have children. This is a role model that all employees are energetically working and should aim for juniors.
- We are highly motivated and motivated to work, and constantly strive to achieve high goals.
- The Company can maximize its capabilities according to individual circumstances and has realized the coexistence of short-time employees and full-time employees.
Roles and Activities of the Diversity Council
The purpose of the Diversity Council is to encourage and drive employee awareness reforms and to encourage the participants of the Council to learn and grow by themselves, as well as to build a cross-sectional network and to instill the idea of promoting diversity within the company as a " Evangelist." The main role is to consider issues identified from the employee's perspective and action plans for them, and to make recommendations to top management. The aim is to reform employees' mindset and promote mutual understanding by materializing and implementing the action plans examined. Members consist of employees who are married or unmarried, have children, are male or female, and are in different positions belonging to the head office and branch offices. In principle, the term of office is within one year. Members are replaced every year, and by the participation of many employees in these activities, the aim is to further instill this within the company.
