Governance Information Security

In 2003, we obtained ISMS certification for the first time in the leasing industry. In 2005, we were awarded the Privacy Mark, and we have been integrating the management of information security and personal information protection.We have continuously improved and strengthened the management system so far, and have strengthened the information management system and increased the awareness of information protection and management among employees. As a consequence, we have been able to continue ISMS certification, and there have been no serious incidents related to information security and personal information protection.
We will continue to strengthen information security in order to earn the trust of our stakeholders by promoting activities in accordance with laws and regulations, our basic information security policy, and our personal information protection policy.

Information security risks, such as leaks of personal and customer information, have a significant impact on corporate activities.Our group believes that it is most important for each and every employee to raise their awareness and understanding of the management of information assets, and conducts e-learning education for all employees every year.As a countermeasure against the increasing number of cyber attacks worldwide, in addition to technological security measures, we also conduct regular e-mail training for employees to improve our skills in identifying suspicious e-mails.In addition, in order to respond to the increasingly sophisticated threats to cyber security, we will take measures to strengthen our ability to respond to emergencies, such as strengthening CSIRT(Computer Security Incident ResponseTeam).
As a result of these measures, no serious accidents related to information security occurred in fiscal 2022.
