Selected for Morningstar Japanese Equity Gender Diversity Tilt Index
The index focuses on companies that use the data-and-assessment methodologies provided by Equileap※, where established gender diversity policies are an integral part of their corporate culture. It also focuses on companies that promise equal chances to their employees regardless of gender.
The constituents were divided into five groups, and we received a Group 1 rating with the highest score.
